WOW - An Outstanding Italian Restaurant. We visited Thursday 10th April whilst staying in the area. We received a warm friendly greeting on arrival. The food was Superb. Served in a timely manner, cooked to perfection, served hot, plentifull and tasted delicious. The Restaurant had a traditional relaxed ambience. The hospitality that we received throughout our meal was outstanding. Value for money was amazing. A Very enjoyable dinning out experience. We would definately recomend and return. Many Thanks.
Having driven past so many times thinking iv never been there, one day I will go (just means driving, not drinking). I finally made an effort and went last night! Wow, why didn't we go before it was absolutely amazing. The food is fantastic and so much choice, real italin feel to the whole dishes. The mushrooms were out if this world and my partner said the same about the meatballs! From the moment we walked in, the staff and service were fabulous, so friendly and welcoming. Definitely service with a smile. I definitely recommend this place, don't drive past book it and go for sure!
Such an amazing little Italian restaurant. Visited on the way home from Chatsworth house. Would definitely recommend. The service was great and the food lovely (especially the creamy mushrooms starter and njuda pasta). Only minor downside was it was a bit cold due to there being no wind blocker from the front door to the tables.
Visited here last night with my partner and it was absolutely fantastic. A lovely, atmospheric restaurant with amazing food. Nice, attentive, friendly staff. We highly recommend Il Lupo.

My wife and I dined here for the first time and were thoroughly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and efficient, setting a welcoming tone for the evening. The food was exceptional—beautifully presented and full of flavour. We started with the calamari and prawn salad, both of which were fresh, well-seasoned, and perfectly cooked. For our mains, we enjoyed two delicious pizzas with crisp bases and generous toppings. To finish, we indulged in dessert, and the puddings did not disappoint—rich, satisfying, and the perfect end to the meal. Overall, a fantastic dining experience, and one I would gladly recommend to anyone looking for quality food and great service in a relaxed setting.
